What is the Capacity?
The Gathering Place is a Small Venue with seating for 80 to 100 guests
100 Theatre style seating chairs only - plus pew seating
100 standing, receptions style with pew seating for 40
Is a specific caterer required?
No, you can bring your own pot luck or have it catered by the caterer of your choice or use one
from our preferred vendor list.
Is alcohol allowed at the Hall?
Yes, you may want to hire a caterer who carries a "Host Liquor Liability Coverage" naming The Gathering Place as "additional insured".
You may obtain a "Host Liquor Liability Certificate of Insurance" with minimum $500,000 that is
valid for your event which names The Gathering Place as "additional insured".
You may want to hire a licensed bartender to serve at your event, $100 per event less tips.
*Hard alcohol events require a licensed bartender in addition to the "Host Liquor Liability Certificate
of Insurance".
Is a band or DJ allowed?
Yes, there is a stage for entertainment of your choice.
Rental time includes set up and clean up,
check with your entertainment to allow enough time for the DJ or Band to set up.
Is music available?
Yes, there is a TouchTunes Jukebox available.
Is internet access available?
Yes, wireless internet access is available as an additional service.
What are the available hours?
Sunday - Thursday 8:00-10:00pm
Friday & Saturday 8:00-12:00am
What is included in rental?
Use of the facilities includes: Kitchen, Stage, Piano, Pews, Available Tables & Chairs, Pull Down
Screen, Reader Board, Service Bar, TouchTunes Jukebox
*Use of the garden are will be weather permitting
2 picnic tables with umbrellas and chairs for outside use in the garden
Is Parking available?
Yes, there is ample on site parking, however, we do encourage our guest to carpool.
We also recommend the Parking Attendant for larger parties. $20 fee for the parking attendant
